We process sheet metal in thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 20 mm and can produce parts with or without tooling investment, which ensures a cost-effective startup and greater flexibility.
Machinery that gives you the edge
We combine capacity and flexibility with 3 fiber laser machines, 2 punching machines, and 2 combined punching/laser machines. The combination machines are a clear strength—they allow us to switch quickly and optimize the workflow for shorter lead times by combining the advantages of both punching and laser cutting. Our basic conditions enable automated machine operation, which creates the conditions for round-the-clock production whenever the need arises.
Increasing volumes
Once the product has been finalized and production volumes increase, we can scale up to tool-based manufacturing. The process can also be part of a larger solution where we handle bending, finishing, assembly, packaging, and delivery.
